Hot peppers and peas
With just three ingredients, this recipe is a cinch to pull togetherBy Monda Rosenberg and Victoria Walsh
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen peas2 tbsp pickled peppers, finely chopped
Salt
Directions:
Bring a large pot partially filled with water to a boil over high. When water is boiling, add 4 cups (1 L) frozen peas. Cook, uncovered, until tender, 3 to 4 min. Drain. Place in a large bowl along with 2 tbsp (30 mL) finely chopped pickled peppers. Sprinkle with salt and stir. Serve immediately.
